Your BIG challenge as a Quality Systems Specialist
As a Quality Systems Specialist, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the quality management system (QMS) and supporting IT solutions within Intersnack Procurement. Your work ensures that the supplier and sustainability data in our systems is reliable, up to date, and effectively used across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and optimizing Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) IT systems
Keeping supplier documentation, sustainability information, and test results accurate and accessible
Supporting certification efforts (e.g. BRCGS, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade) and external audits
Improving quality procedures and delivering training for successful implementation
Translating data into actionable insights and supporting business reporting
Collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels within the Intersnack Group
Contributing to the implementation of new (IT) systems, procedures or ways of working.

Job requirements

Furthermore:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Chemistry)
At least 1 year of experience in QA, QMS, or SQA within the FMCG or food industry
Strong affinity with IT systems and advanced computer literacy
Familiarity with GFSI standards and relevant EU food legislation is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead trainings
Structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
