For our Intersnack Procurement team, we are recruiting a


Supplier Quality Assurance Manager Systems & Reporting


The job holder will be directly responsible for parts of the department’s Quality Management System and associated IT solutions. The key responsibility is to build, support and maintain the SQA systems that form the foundation on which the SQA team executes their function. This role is essential in achieving our aim of full supplier compliance to legal, customer and company requirements

The Supplier Quality Assurance Manager Systems & Reporting reports to the Team Manager SQA Systems & Reporting and will ideally be based in Doetinchem / Zevenaar, Netherlands.


Your responsibilities

  • Support the Team Manager SQA Systems & Reporting in managing Intersnack Procurement’s Quality Management System.
    • Continuously improve procedures and ensure their implementation, e.g. through training.
    • Maintain Intersnack Procurement’s compliance and certification to standards, such as BRCGS, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade.
  • Ensuring information and documents in our systems stay up to date. These include supplier and sustainability information, product test results and contaminant monitoring data.
  • Collecting data and reporting business information.
  • Supporting external audits at Intersnack Procurement or any Intersnack site

Job requirements

What might qualify you for this role?

  • Bachelor / Master of Science degree in a science-based field (e.g. Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Food Quality Management, Microbiology, Chemistry);
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Management or similar, in the FMCG/food industry;
  • Affinity for IT systems and advanced computer literacy is essential;
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and GFSI schemes is essential;
  • Knowledge of current (EU) legislation, relevant to food manufacturing is advantageous;
  • Fluent spoken and written English required;
  • Ability to work cross functionally in high complexity, multicultural organisations;
  • Attention to detail, good planning, time management, conflict management and communicative skills;
  • Proactive, self-motivated problem solver with knowledge of project management.
  • Valid driving license.
